One price for the whole league
The league pays one subscription, and players never pay to use TeeKeeper. There is no free trial: create your league, then subscribe on the web to open it to your players.

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
More than 50 members
There is no member cap. Each started block of 25 active members above 50 adds $50 a month, or $500 a year. A league of 51 to 75 members pays $349 a month. Pending invites don’t count.
When your league grows into a new block, it is billed right away, prorated for the rest of the period. When it shrinks, the lower price starts at your next renewal.
How billing works
- An admin subscribes in the web app at app.teekeeper.golf, through Stripe. The iPhone and Android apps show the league’s status but don’t sell subscriptions.
- TeeKeeper is made by Algebra LLC, so your card statement shows ALGEBRA.
- The subscription renews automatically. Cancel any time from the Billing page in the web app; the league keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. We don’t refund partial periods.
- If a payment fails, Stripe retries it and your league keeps working. If the retries run out, the league becomes read-only until billing is fixed. Nothing is deleted.

About payment fees
When players pay dues online, Stripe or PayPal charges its standard processing fee on each payment. That fee goes to the payment processor, not to TeeKeeper. Cash and check payments you mark as paid cost nothing.
